农业中并不存在那些无法克服的产业成长、就业吸收、分工扩张的条件，关键仍在于对传统农业的改造与加速农村产业化的发展步伐，从而通过农村工业化的新发展阶段，为解决充分就业找到新的途径，使农业改造和就业问题共同得以解决。要适当地调整价值观念，把“充分就业”和“增加休闲”结合起来，充分吸收东方文化价值观念中的合理成分，形成与我国国情相适应的生产结构、需求模式和生活方式，使社会、经济、人文三者得以和谐发展。

A New Theory of Rural Area's Industrialization A Study on the Relationship Between Agricutural Transformation and Full Employment

There is no condition forindustrial growth, employmental absorption and expansion of labour division inagriculture. So it is vital to transform traditional agriculture and promote ruralindustrialization. Thus, through a new stage of rural industrialization, we can find newways to solve the problem of employment and realize both agricultural transformation andemployment. We should make an appropriate adjustment of our values. Here it means weshould unite “fill employment” with “increasing leisure”. We can fully absorb thereasonable ingredients of Eastern values and form such a kind of productive structure,model of demands and style of life that society, economy and humanity may develop togetherharmoniously.
