| 摘 要： | 蔡和森受新民学会委托先期赴京,调查与组织留法勤工俭学运动。在京一年半的时间里,通过华法教育会负责人以及在京湘籍名流的支持与帮助,他设法争取侨工局借款名额,筹措赴法旅费川资,促成华法教育会开办各种预备学校,为湖南青年准备赴法打下坚实的基础。蔡和森赴京不仅实现了新民学会向法国发展的目标,而且有组织地开展湖南留法运动,且使全国留法勤工俭学运动提前进入高潮。

| Abstract: | Cai He-sen went to Peking first, entrusted by The New Citizen's Academic Association, to organize the work-study movement. During one and half years in Peking, with the support and help of Sino-France Education Association and Hunan's famous people in Peking, he managed to scramble the loan members of the Nation-Workers Bureau, to raise the money to travel to France, to facilitate SFEC to found kinds of preliminary schools. All that prepared strong basement for Hunan's youth to study in France. Cai's going to Peking not only realized The New (Citizen's) Academic Association's goal, but also carried out Hunan's work-study movement in France, and made the national movement into climax ahead of time. |
