正确认识交际教学法

摘    要:近年来,交际教学法成为我国英语教学方法改革的热点.但部分教师由于曲解交际教学法的某些原则,对其持否定的态度,这在一定程度上限制了交际教学法的推广.作者就交际教学法的诞生、核心思想、教学原则作了阐述,并对认识上的误区及产生的原因进行了分析,旨在澄清对于交际教学法的认识.

Abstract:Communicative Approach has now become a hotspot of English pedagogic reform in China. Some teachers, however, hold a negative attitude towards Communicative Approach as a result of their misunderstandings of its certain rules, which restricts the extension of this teaching method. This paper expounds the emergence, core theory and major principles of Communicative Approach, illustrates some misunderstandings of it and explores the causes for the misconceptions on the part of some teachers. The purpose of the paper is to help some teachers have a correct understanding of Communicative Approach.
