| Abstract: | The villagers use ＂Wuhezhang＂ creatively to supervise village cadres and to promote the integrity and self-discipline of these cadres. This new form of grass-roots democracy in the rural areas gives us useful enlightenment for easing intensified relations between the village cadres and the villagers, perfecting the system of villagers＇ self-governance, and promoting the grass-roots democracy firmly. |
