On characteristics of creative culture |

| Abstract: | The creative culture is the reflection of contemporary spirit, containing human science viewpoint, comprehensive talents viewpoint, multi-factor value viewpoint, scientific nature viewpoint and opening world viewpoint. Meanwhile, the creative culture is the culture of liberality, culture of rule of law and culture of self-discipline. |
