中国思想库的国际化建设

从世界范围来看，现阶段全球思想库主要呈现出四个方面的国际化趋势：研究领域的国际化、交流活动的国际化、组织结构的国际化和影响力的国际化。在此大背景下，中国思想库整体上的国际化水平有所提高，并涌现出一批世界知名的优秀思想库代表。为做好足够的应对、顺应和利用国际化趋势的相关工作．进一步推进中国思想库走向世界，必须在研究能力、决策支撑能力、舆论引导能力等方面加强中国思想库的自身建设：从参与国际事务、人才资源国际流动和利用互联网等关键性具体工作着手，提升中国思想库的国际化水平；与此同时，中国理论界对思想库的研究应更为重视国际化视角。

Internationalization of Chinese Think Tank

In the worldwide perspective, the internationalization of think tanks have mainly presented four trends in researching, commicnication, organizational structure, and its influence. In this background, Chinese think tanks have made progress to improve its internationalization level, and a number of world famous outstanding Chinese think tanks have emerged. In order to deal with, conform to and make use of the trends of internationalization, and further promote them to go to the world, Chinese think tanks must strengthen the self-construction, such as abilities of research, decision-making consultation, public opinion leading, etc. At the same time, Chinese think tanks must focus on the participation in international affairs, the talent international flow, and the use of the internet to promote the internationalization level; meanwhile, theoretical research on think tanks should pay more attention to international perspective.
