| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值体系是一种以建立社会主义和谐社会为目标的公共性规范,它契合了人们的物质和精神需要,具有顺应社会进步的正当性和适应民众心理的可接受性。只有走＂以道理服人＂、＂以攻心为上＂的心智发展之路,用传统或习惯服人,用信仰服人,用事实和道理服人,让民众相信它,才能转化为人们的自觉追求。

| Abstract: | Socialist core value system with the aim of building harmonious socialist society satisfies people’s material and spiritual demands, conforms to social development and the common people’s psychology. Convincing by reasoning and psychological offensive are the best choices of mentality development. Convincing with traditions and customs, religions, objective facts and principles contributes to people’s conscious pursuits. |
