| 摘 要： | 2 0世纪七八十年代以来 ,在信息革命的冲击下 ,美国企业的技术创新与制度创新都呈现出了明显的人本主义典型特征。技术创新中的人本主义 ,主要表现在技术创新源的多元化、技术创新主体的多元化以及智力资源的优化整合 ;制度创新中的人本主义 ,则主要体现在目标管理、授权制度利益一体化的分配机制等方面。“人本主义”越来越突出人在企业发展中的作用 ,把企业员工的积极性、创造性充分调动起来 ,把员工身上蕴藏的创造潜力转化为现实创造力 ,因而成为联系企业技术创新与制度创新、实现两者交互作用的纽带。这对我国企业中技术创新和制度创新的开展 ,有重要借鉴意义

| Abstract: | Since the 70s and 80s in the 20th century, the enterprise's technological and policy innovations in America have presented the characteristic of humanism under the impact of information revolution. The humanism in technological innovation shows the features of multi technological innovation resources, multi technological innovation subjects, and a best combination of intellectual resources. The humanism in policy innovation is reflected in the execution of target management, authority system and distribution system of relating the employee's interest with that of the company. Humanism is pushing humans to a more important position in the development of enterprises, evoking to the full the activity and creativity of the employees, thus becoming the link in the interaction of technological innovation and policy innovations. The study of above mentioned is of significance to the conduct of technological and policy innovations in Chinese enterprises. |
