| 摘 要： | 部队的结构优化是强化部队功能的客观需要、打赢信息化战争的重要前提,也有利于履行部队的重要职能。通过调整军兵种的构成形式、灵活编配职能系统的组成方式、科学安排领导机构的指挥层次、建立一体化的教育训练体制等途径来优化部队组织结构已成当务之急。
