The Formation of the May Fourth Youth and Their Historical Contributions

The May Fourth Youth grew up in pace with the modernization of China and were formally formed during the May Fourth Movement.The emergence and popularity of the concept of youth and the development and growth of youth power have provided the conditions for the formation of Chinese youth.The transformation of China’s social and economic patterns,the enlightenment of modern education,and the continuous development of social movements have provided a social environment for the growth of the May Fourth Youth.In this era and social context,the first major coalition of Chinese youth has contributed to the May 4th Movement.Since then,the May Fourth Youth continued to play their main role in promoting national awakening,renewing ideology,and inspiring revival forces,which affected the entire modern Chinese society.
