| 摘 要： | 吸收中国本土资源,从中国传统儒家精神角度对经济法理念进行新的解读有利于经济法在中国土壤上的迅速发展.经济法理念主要体现为"社会本位"、"平衡协调"与"以人为本";儒家精神主要归纳为"仁义中和".尽管它们产生于不同的时代,然而将两者进行比较不难发现它们存在诸多耦合.同时,从现实的表现看,经济法理念中蕴涵了丰富的儒家精神.儒家精神对经济法建设提供了一个崭新的思路.
