在中学生物教材中，如何证明组织中有无机离子的存在，还没有实验方法的介绍，作者通过研究，摸索出适合中学教学的鉴定组织中无机离子的简易化学方法．实验结果表明：组织细胞中的钙、镁、铁、锌、钾、锰、铜通过专一性的试剂可以产生特殊的颜色反应来证明其存在．

Experiment Development of Identification of Inorganic Salts with Simple Chemical Methods

In the biology textbook of high school, there is no recommendations of the experimental methods to identify inorganic salt ions exist in the organization. Through research of this subject,we find out a simple chemical method to identify the inorganic salt ions which is suitable for teaching in secondary school. The results showed that： calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, manganese, copper in tissue can be proved its existence by some special reagent which can make them have a special color.
