| Abstract: | The phenomenon of irregular employment is a problem which has confused the studies of the labor market in China.The paper makes a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of irregular employment from the view of labor economics,discusses the regular and irregular labor market by putting them in a framework,and analyzes positively the future development of irregular employment. |
