| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、文献法、数理统计等方法,以榆林市16-25岁、26-35岁、36-45岁、46-55岁和56岁以上为分组研究对象,对榆林市不同年龄人群的体育需求情况进行调查,并通过统计分析,探索制约榆林市不同人群体育活动的因素,针对出现的问题,提出相应的对策,以期为榆林市不同人群健身运动的良性发展提供有益的帮助。

| Abstract: | Employed with the methods of questionnaire,literature and mathematical statistics,this paper has a grouping discussion of the spots needs of people in different age groups in Yulin City. Based on the findings obtained,it tries to explore the factors that hold back people＇s involvement in sports activities and then proposes some corresponding countermeasures to the problem with the hope to offer some beneficial help to the fitness boom of people from different age groups in Yulin City. |
