论我国教育政策中的公民权利保护

我国宪法和法律分别赋予了公民的受教育权、平等受教育权、知情权和参与权,因此我国的教育政策也应该体现和保护公民的这四种权利。但是在现有的教育政策体系下,教育政策的制定主体、制定程序和政策执行都有可能侵犯到公民的这些权利,这便要求我们对其进行完善,最终达到更好地保护公民权利的目的。
