情商与门诊服务浅谈

摘    要:情商是一种心理品质,更是一种能力。它包括认知和控制自己的情感,认知和调控他人的情感,妥善处理人际关系等方面的能力。门诊是医院的窗口,其服务质量的高低已成为衡量一个医院门诊整体质量的标志。反映了医院科学管理水平和全院医护员工的职业道德水平与文化修养。情商和门诊服务关系密切,情商需修炼。
