Judge Factors of Judicial Corruption and Its Control

Judicial corruption has some contact with the diathesis of judge.The main factors that cause judicial corruption are low specially diathesis,bad morality and absence of modern judicial idea.The reasons are that the choice system of judge has some shortcomings and so do the training system and occupation guarantee system.Government should put forward the ideas of stricting the qualification of choosing judges,regulating the process of choosing judges,strengthening the training of judges and perfecting the safe guarding system of judges' occupation.
