| 摘 要： | 诚信是一种无形的社会资本,是市场主体在交易博弈中形成的相互之间的信任关系,市场主体能借助这种资本简化交易程序,降低交易成本,促成交易的实现.市场经济发展需要诚信,市场主体之间必须以诫相待,诚信交易.它可以提高市场的运作效丰,为社会稳定创造条件.诚信是市场经济的灵魂,是维护市场经济秩序的基石,是市场有序化的根本保证.
