摘    要:目前我国高校后勤餐饮业队伍存在着文化程度低、服务水平有限、服务意识差等问题,为切实加强和稳定高校后勤餐饮业队伍建设,笔者认为除认识到位外,还需要从分群体、多形式、广内容地开展培训、教育和引进,构建企业文化等多方面着手.

Abstract:At present,Team Construction of Catering in Chinese colleges and universities is faced with a series problems of lower culture,limited services,Poorer service-awareness and so on.In order to effectively enforce and stability team construction of catering in colleges and universities,it is necessary to completely aware the importance of team construction,all kinds of training education and the introduction of talent.
