| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校后勤餐饮业队伍存在着文化程度低、服务水平有限、服务意识差等问题,为切实加强和稳定高校后勤餐饮业队伍建设,笔者认为除认识到位外,还需要从分群体、多形式、广内容地开展培训、教育和引进,构建企业文化等多方面着手.
