| Abstract: | As the fundamentality of governmental administration, the governmental integrity is influenced by many factors which are initially discussed from the institutional aspect in this paper. The institutional demand for and the institutional defect of the construction of governmental integrity are revealed. The countermeasures for relevant institutional innovation is also proposed. |
