对话伦理:一种程序的企业伦理

摘    要:对话伦理的理论基础是哈贝马斯的交往合理性。对话的根本作用在于使人们相互理解,它内在地具有交往合理性。对话伦理的核心是(相互)理解理论,而论证是现实生活中达成理解的主要形式。企业伦理的终极目标是使企业获得内外和谐。和谐在这里的含义是所有利益相关者自由独立地达成一致,即形成“非强制约束力”,而以论证为特质的对话是解决冲突促成和谐的手段。

Abstract:Discourse ethic is theoretically based on rationality of communication proposed by Habermas. The basic function of discourse is to make people understand each other, so it is inherently rational in communication. The focus of discourse ethic is the theory about understanding, while in real life, arguements are the chief form of understanding. For business ethic,its ultimate target is to help corporates attain,both inside and outside,a harmony which means that those whose interests are related all reach an agreement freely and independently; in other words, they are to form a "non-compulsory binding force" ,and the discourse that is characteristic of arguements is a means to settle conflicts and help arrive at harmony.
