| 摘 要： | 全球化是世界走向相互依存、相互依赖的一体化的社会发展趋势。应对全球化,政府应确立"当代"的时间观念、"全球"的空间观念和"人类共同利益"的价值观念。全球化正在形成国际行政的新格局。全球化对政府行政也提出了更高的要求。

| Abstract: | Globalization is a trend of development with which the world is marching into the integration of mutual dependence. Globalization is helping form a new structure of international administration and requiring more of the government administration. In the process of globalization, the government should have the idea of "contemporary times", the concept of "the whole world" and the values of "shared human interests". |
