中国"和平崛起"战略的策略选择

“和平崛起”战略是我国的一项重要对外战略,它的提出主要基于以下三个依据:苏联解体的深刻教训给我们重要启示,中国周边环境的严峻形势要求我们韬光养晦,我国实行维持现状政策很容易被他国误解。然而仅仅韬光养晦还是不够的,中国必须要有所作为。为了实现和平崛起的目标,必须努力发展经济,在经济上有所作为;全方位有重点地与各国发展关系,在外交上有所作为;努力弘扬中华民族的传统文化,争取在文化上有所作为。

Strategy Selection of China's "Peaceful Rise"

The strategy of "peaceful rise" has always been one of the important foreign strategies of our country.It is proposed mainly in terms of three aspects: the important revelation of the lesson from the collapse of the Soviet Union;the serious situation of China's circumstance demands us to hide our capacity and bide our time;the policy of maintain the status quo is easily misunderstood by other countries.However,it's insufficient to hide our capacity and bide our time,and China must take some actions.In order to realize the aim of peaceful rise,we must try to develop economy and do something on economy;develop relation with various countries and do something on diplomacy;try to promote the traditional culture of Chinese nation and do something on culture.
