| 摘 要： | 从交易效率视角考察中国的城乡差距是一个可取的理论尝试,它能为不同时期、不同地区的城乡差距提供一个较为统一的解释。中国的情形具有特殊性,表现为特殊的交易效率结构对城乡差距的影响。从这一视角考察1949年以来中国的城乡差距可发现,中国的城乡差距不同于市场经济国家,更多地表现为人为的、外生性的城乡差距。解决的办法在于取消不利于经济体交易效率提高的政策措施,厉行有利于交易效率提高的制度改革。

| Abstract: | This paper holds that it is recommendable for economists to investigate China's urban-rural disparity from the perspective of transaction efficiency,in that it can provide a systematic explanation both to different regions and development stages.In the case of China,it is an inevitable outcome of its special structure of transaction efficiency.With this perspective to survey China's urbanrural disparity since 1949,we find that China's urban-rural disparity is exogenous and artificial while that of market economies is endogenous.So the suggestion is to adopt active elimination of its unfavorable administrative policies and related measures,and the enforcement of favorable institutional reforms. |
