| 摘 要： | 就像安全是法的基本价值之一一样,经济安全也是法的普遍价值。经济安全作为民法和经济法的共同价值目标,二者在内容、性质、产生的原因以及实现的方式等方面都存在较大差异;同时,二者又相互依存、相互补充,共同维护和保障经济安全。

Comparison of Civil Law and Economic Law in Economic Security Value |

| Abstract: | As security is the basic value of law, economic safety is the common value of law, the value goal of both Civil Law and Economic Law. Civil Law is quite different from Economic Law in contents, character, motivation and realization way, but meanwhile they are interdependent and inter-complementary to keep and protect the economic safety together. |
