| Abstract: | Educational quality is the lifeline to the university. However, higher education in China is transforming from the education of elites to that of the mass. Thus an expansion in enrollment is incredible. Under this situation,it is essential to do the necessary research on how to improve the educational quality and to train highly qualified talents for the society. |
