对我国反腐实践的深层思考

当前,社会上普遍存在的腐败社会化与官员腐败的互动问题,由于偏执崇高而造成现实道德危机问题,因价值观错位而出现的反腐观念上的困境问题,非法制、非原则的人伦关系造成的腐败链问题,官员的腐败心理与腐败行为问题,因市民意识欠发达而未形成普遍的市民意识与反腐败的艰巨性问题,均与社会文化因素相关联。因此,解决中国的腐败问题,除了需要加强政治制度层面的管理之外,还需要加强文化层面的管理。

On the Practice of Anti-corruption in China

The problems argued such as the interaction between the widespread socializing corruption and governmental officials corruption,the moral crisis in reality caused by extreme reverence,the difficult position in anti-corruption because of the misjudged outlook of value,the corruption chain caused by non-legality,non-principle human relations,the corruptive psychology and behavior of government officials,the difficulty in cultivating common awareness of anti-corruption are all related to social and culture factors.Therefore,not only the political systems but also the culture construction should be strengthened steadily.
