大学理念与我国高等教育管理体制改革

大学理念是一个不断变化的概念,不同时期有不同的内涵。高等教育管理体制改革是一项复杂的教育活动,建国后,我国高等教育管理体制在宏观和微观上进行了数次改革,但仍然存在一些问题。我国高等教育管理体制改革,应以大学理念为引导,在宏观层面要处理好政府与学校间的权力分配,在微观层面要处理好党政权力与学术权力的分配。
