| 摘 要： | “群众路线”是中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期开展各项工作的指导方针。这一根本路线在各革命根据地的诉讼理论与实践中也得到了充分有效地贯彻，分析其利弊得失对于当今诉讼立法和司法工作的进一步完善仍具启迪。

| Abstract: | ＂The Mass Line＂ was the guiding principle that the party launched every work in the period of new - democratic revolution. This basic route had been carried out abundantly and effectively in theory and practice of lawsuit in every revolutionary base area. Nowadays it is analyzed that its advantages and disadvantages will still contribute to perfeeting legislation and administration of justice of lawsuit. |
