以“三个代表”重要思想引领高校先进文化的传承创新

高等学校是先进文化的发源地、示范区和辐射源。高校文化是整个社会文化体系的一个重要组成部分 ,在传播和创造社会主义先进文化中具有重要的不可替代的作用。在新时期加强高校文化建设的过程中 ,我们要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,充分理解先进文化的科学内涵 ,把握高校文化建设的正确方向 ;深入挖掘高校文化的育人功能、社会功能、传承功能和创新功能 ,发挥高校文化在社会主义文化建设中的重要作用 ;并按照“代表中国先进文化的前进方向”的要求 ,加强高校文化创新 ,创造良好的育人环境和社会环境 ,全面推进素质教育 ,传承与创新社会主义先进文化 ,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的全面发展的优秀人才。
