| 摘 要： | 近年来,外商在华投资呈现独资化趋势,引起国内外学术界和有关部门的高度关注.对独资化的动因解释也是众说纷纭,本文从交易成本的角度分析了外商选择独资化的原因,即技术或者资产的专用性、中外合资企业的冲突、东道国制度.
