基层政治参与的理论范式及其限制

目前流行的以期理解公民在基层政治生活中的参与问题的相关理论模型有善治、制度/事件、理性选择、社会资本、自由主义、社群主义等。各种理论从不同的视角切入论题,提供了鲜活的解释,但都各有其不足之处:源于公共管理学的善治理论范式与以提供解释为主旨的政治社会学在学理上存在内在的张力;社会资本理论范式自身存在“模糊性”;自由主义范式难以解释社会成员基层政治参与何以不足,社群主义还停留在对“集体主义”的伦理呼吁层面,理性选择范式在将个人主义方法论向群体共性行为的推进方面缺乏合理的“惊险一跳”。

The Theory Frames of Local Political Participation and Their Limits

Some theory frames concerning the local political participation do exist in the political sociology field.In addition to the Marxism,such theory frames as the liberalism,communalism,good governance,accident/institute,social capital and rational selection are all involved in the analysis.Providing some new perspective on the local participation though,these theory frames do have some limits on the subject mentioned.
