House Buyers Market under the Background of "State 6"Policy Survey Report

According to six stipulations and eight measures of the macroeconomic regulation and control of real estate market promulgated by the State Council in 2006,in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,the market factors in terms of house buyers,house buyers tar- get,house buyers purpose and house buyers conditions have been surveyed.In this paper,the authors aslo analyzed the market acceptance and expectation of economic house units under 90 m~2.The survey and analysis are all conducted with the purpose of providing more detailed market information for real estate developers to better orient the housing construction project,and to better design economic homing units un- der 90 m~2 meet the housing demand of mid-lower income families.
