| Abstract: | The paper makes deep research on the internal and external factors for the appearance of the neo-imperialism, its features and distinctions from and connections with the old imperialism as well as its influence on the whole world. The countermeasures against the neo-imperialism are put forward after evaluating the influence of the neo-imperialism. |
