关于全球化问题的思考

全球化是一个复杂的历史进程,并同资本的全球性扩张和西方文化的扩张部分地相重叠,但全球化并不等同于西方化.在内涵上,全球化又是多维度、多层面的,并以经济金球化为主导.全球化对国际体系中的传统原则及规则提出了严峻的挑战,国家主权的部分让与和本质上的不容侵犯是其中的一个悖论,因此,规则的相应调整及主权的让与和捍卫两种趋势的整合直接关系到国际政治经济体系的状态.经济全球化使参与主体间相互依存的非对称性问题更加突出,数字技术不仅没有填平贫富鸿沟,反而进一步拉大了国际政治经经济体系核心区与外围地带间的差距,全球化与边缘化的矛盾是国际社会不容回避的现实.

On Globalization and Internal Contradiction

Globalization dominated by economic aspect is a complicated historical process. It is not equivalent to westernization inspite of a partial overlap of the globalization and the global expansion of capital and western culture. Globalization confronts traditional principles and rules with serious challenge. In the process, there are two trends which contradict each other, one is yielding up some sovereignty to share common interests from the globalization, another defending the fundamental sorereignty. Therefore, it is necessary for a peaceful and stable world to readjust and conform the international regime. Economic globalization has been exacerbating the non-symmetry of mutual existence among actors of international arena. Instead of reducing disparity between developed countries and developing countries, digital technology has been also deepening the gap between the core and the periphery of the international political-economic system.
