| 摘 要： | 2008年至今仍在持续的金融危机使俄罗斯经济遭到重创,今年第一季度俄罗斯GDP负增长7%,失业人数超过600万,股票下跌70%,通货膨胀居高不下,卢布严重贬值,对美元汇率下跌35%,物价上涨15%-20%,世界银行预计俄罗斯经济大萧条时期即将到来,面对金融危机,俄罗斯政府积极出台各种＂应机＂措施,社会提出各种＂救助＂方案。掌握俄罗斯现状有助于我国正确制定对俄政策和措施。

| Abstract: | Russia s economy was hit heavily because of the financial crisis since 2008.In the first quarter of this year Russia s GDP growth was 7% negative;more than 6 million were unemployment;stocks fell 70 percent;high inflation;rubles were in serious devaluation;exchange rate to dollar fell to 35%;prices rose by 15% to 20% ;the world bank has estimated that Russian economic depression is coming soon.Facing the upcoming financial crisis,Russian government issued＂meeting crisis＂measures,put forward＂social relief＂ ＂social relief＂solution, at the same time Russia＇s comprehensive crisis also affected the China-Russia bilateral trade. |
