| Abstract: | Financial management is a central part of the management in grassroots power enterprises. Based on the introduction and application of assets whole life-cycle value management and risk control theories, the managers of grassroots power enterprises could integrate and reengineer the flow of financial management, auditing system, management means and monitoring criterions, which could improve the efficiency of comprehensive assets operations and capacities of financial management in a more effective, more detailed and more standardway. |
