高校教师教学绩效评价的误区及对策

摘    要:高校教学绩效评价是学校人力资源管理的重要环节,是促进教学深化的有效举措。但目前的绩效评价还有不少认识上的误区,在具体操作层面上也有评价标准单一、评价信息没有充分利用等弊端,对此必须认真探析,提出切实改进对策。

Abstract:Efficiency evaluation of university teaching is the important part of its personnel management, and an effective measure to enhance teaching. However, there are many misconceptions arising from the current efficiency evaluation, especially on the operational level, such as a single evaluation criterion, insufficient use of evaluation information, etc. Therefore, we shall analyze the problems carefully and put forward some substantial solutions thereof.
