| 摘 要： | ＂人＂的自身意识往往是在对外界事物的探究过程中,通过反思而产生的。在这一过程中,认识的对象反而成为了＂人＂观察自身的媒介,形成一种＂镜式结构＂。而＂人＂的镜象不断地在这些媒介中得到呈现。尽管不同的＂媒介＂仅仅能勾画出有限的＂人＂的镜象,但正是在这些不断的彰显中,＂人＂的意义得到了充实。法律作为人类社会最为重要的文明现象,无疑是一种反射＂人＂之意义的重要镜象。通过对＂人＂与＂法＂的镜式结构的梳理,我们能够在更深层次的意义上来认识＂人＂是什么。同时,也更好地认识法律本身。

| Abstract: | A person comes into self-awareness through self-reflection in the process of exploring the outside world. In this process, the object to be undersdood turns out to be the medium or mirror through which a person comes to know himself. A person is constantly reflected through thoses mirrors. Limited as those images are, they present an outline of a person, enriching the meaning of the subject. The law of human society as the most important phenome- na of civilization, is no doubt an important mirror of the meaning of a person. An analysis of the relationship be- tween a person and the law as a mirror can further the understanding of a person and the law itself. |
