制度缺失与信任危机

信任是人的内在要求,是人类不断追求的价值目标。我国市场经济的发展导致的人际交往方式的转变,使信任的社会类型由人伦信任为主转化为制度信任为主。而制度的缺失正是导致目前信任危机的主要根源。因此,从建立和完善法律制度和信用制度入手应该是化解当前信任危机的主要途径。

Lack of Institution and Crisis of Credit

Confidence is the inner demand of human beings and also the everlasting goal of pursuit for mankind. The development of market economy in China has led to the transformation of interpersonal relationship, featuring a transfer from the interpersonal trust to institutional trust. The lack of institution is the main cause for the crisis of credit. Therefore, it is proposed in the paper that to establish and improve the judicial systems and the credit system be an important approach to alleviating the crisis of confidence.
