新月社作家与民国前期的人权与法治运动

1920年代末,以留美博士胡适、罗隆基为代表,新月社作家发动了一次人权与法治运动。他们痛感在黑暗的旧中国人民没有法律保障的苦楚,批判国民党政权的倒行逆施和法西斯专政,积极传播现代社会的人权意识与法治精神,在中国现代思想史上留下了重要的一页。

Writers of the Xin-yue League and the Movement of Human Rights & Nomocracy in the 1920s'

Dr Hu Shi and Dr Luo Long-ji,who studied in America and were the representatives the writers of the Xin-yue League,launched the movement of human rights & nomocracy in the last stage of 1920s'.They keenly felt the suffering of Chinese people who couldn't be guaranteed by the law before 1949.So they animadverted on the retroactions and the fascist rul ing of the regime of Kuomintang while they actively diffused the idea of human rights and the spirit of law of the modern socie ty.They left their achievements behind in the field of modern Chinese thought history.
