| 摘 要： | 输配电价监管是电力监管机构的重要职责,有效的电价监管需要真实完整的成本信息.文章分析了电力监管机构对输配电成本监管的缘由,并针对我国输配电成本监管中存在的监管法规不健全、缺乏有效监管方法等问题提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | The supervision of power transmission and distribution price is an important duty of SERC while effective transmission and distribution price regulation demands complete integration of cost information.The article analyzes why SERC must supervise transmission and distribution cost,points out some problems in our country such as lacking effective regulation system and supervision methods,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. |
