| 摘 要： | 目前中国经济法学研究在一定程度上存在忽视中西经济法差异的倾向,导致我国经济法的发展脱离实践而遭受质疑。对中国经济法产生的认识和思考只有立足于中国的现实国情,立足于中西方经济发展的差异,走独立发展的道路,才能构建具有中国特色的经济法。

| Abstract: | At present,Chinese economic law research is to some extent featured by overlook of differences between Chinese economic law and western economic law,which lead to the development of Chinese economic law devoiced from reality and thus questioned.The knowledge and thinking of the birth of Chinese economic law should be based on current circumstances of China,the differences between development of China and western countries.Only in this way,can economic law with Chinese characteristic be constructed in China. |
