依法治校论纲

依法治校是学校教育领域实施依法治国方略、加强社会主义民主政治建设的重大举措 ,是学校为适应市场经济需求而在管理体制、模式和运行机制方面所进行的根本变革。本文以教育部的有关文件为依据 ,从理论上对依法治校的本质、目标和运作模式作一番探讨 ,以期促进依法治校在实践层面的顺利展开。

A Discussion on Running the School by the Law

Running the school by the law is a great act for the school to implement the strategy of running the school by the law in the realm of education and to strengthen the construction of socialist democratic politics. It is also a fundamental change that the schools have made in the system, mode and operating mechanisms of management to suit the needs of the market oriented economy. In the light of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, this paper probes into the essence, targets and mode of operation theoretically, with the hope that running the school by the law can be carried out smoothly at the practical level.
