| 摘 要： | 开放软件领域中的技术活动,其实质是一个社会工程,它触及了开放社会的核心,映现出公开的智力资源以及非人际化的、以信任为基础的“社会资本”的巨大作用。在信息时代,随着经济复杂性的日益突出及技术水平的不断提高,社会资本和内在化的非正式规范变得越来越重要,因为复杂的活动需要自我组织和自我管理。
