| 摘 要： | 近几年来,旅游上市公司出现了利润下滑以至亏损的局面,与旅游行业宏观向好的局面出现了强烈的反差。许多上市公司纷纷走上了多元化经营之路,然而多元化非但不能使企业走出经营困境,而使很多企业陷入低业绩的恶性循环。旅游上市公司应当通过归核化,剥离非核心业务,回归核心主业,把主业做大做强,以提高企业经营业绩和竞争力。

| Abstract: | In recent years,some listed tourism companies face profit gliding and even complete loss,contrasted with the bloomy prospect of tourism industry.Many listed companies have turned their way to diversified management;however,diversification,instead of help the companies get through difficulties,has entrapped them into the vicious circle of depression.Listed tourism companies are suggested to carry out refocusing strategy,divest non-core business,and reinforce core business to raise benefits and regain high competitiveness. |
