| 摘 要： | 目的：将行动导向法应用于基础护理技术教学,探讨其教学效果。方法：在2009级护理大专生基础护理技术教学中分别应用行动导向法和传统教学法,比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果：两种教学法在提高学生的解决问题能力,培养创新性思维,增强学生团队协作精神及沟通能力、激发学生学习兴趣等方面比较有显著性差异（均P〈0.01）。结论：行动导向法在提高学生的解决问题能力,培养创新性思维,增强学生团队协作精神及沟通能力、激发学习兴趣等方面优于传统教学法。
