| 摘 要： | 我国目前正处于社会转型期,信仰多元化与价值取向多样性等对高校青年教师的信仰产生了很大影响,导致部分青年教师的信仰出现危机。高校青年教师是高校教师的重要组成部分,是高校师资的后备力量,他们对大学生的世界观、人生观、职业规划等有着举足轻重的影响。本文从分析高校青年教师的信仰现状出发,提出高校青年教师信仰教育的措施和途径。
