| 摘 要： | 医学高等职业教育的目的是培养德才兼备的现代医疗卫生人才。教学质量管理是医学高等职业教育目标得以实现的保证,是高等医学职业教育可持续发展的根基。从动态的角度,把教学质量管理划分为提出任务、做出决策等几个阶段,有利于教学质量管理目标和过程的精确化;从静态的角度,把教学质量管理划分为基础设施、教师培养等几个方面,有利于实施教学质量管理战略任务的分解。
