| 摘 要： | 课题组近年来直接参与辽宁医学院学科建设管理工作,通过对重点学科管理经验的积累,制定出台了《辽宁医学院学科建设评价指标体系（自然科学类）》。该体系采取量化评分方式,能够客观真实评价各重点学科在建设期间所取得的成绩。现通过对该体系的剖析,希望能对医学类院校学科建设工作的开展带来一定的启示。

| Abstract: | Recently,our group directly participated in the subject construction management,and established Liaoning Medical University evaluating indicator system of Subject Construction(natural sciences) through the accumulation of management experience in key subject.This system could objectively evaluate the achievements in the construction of key subjects by quantifying the rate of the system.It is hopeful to offer some hints to carry out subject construction work of medical school by analysis of the system. |
